We buy a house. Later, we sell it.

ZG Real Estate Limited buys houses in its own name. While we hold a house, it is ours. When the work is done, we sell it.

Buying

We look at a house that is for sale. If the building and the price suit us, we buy it. The sale is between the owner and us.

We are not buying it for someone else, and we do not list homes that belong to other people.

Selling

A buyer can ask to see a house we own. We agree a time, walk the rooms, and say what is included.

If both sides are happy, we sell. The buyer deals with us.

Between the two days

After we buy, we sort repairs and papers. We do not put a house up for sale while that work is still open. We say what has been done before anyone comes.
